Monday – 2/8/2016 – TTT

I am getting closer to be 100%, still minor congestion effecting my breathing.

A – Push Press – Build to a 10RM, must be TNG at shoulders
200 – goal was 185, after I hit that I knew I had more left so went for 200. Lockout and the last rep might have been questionable but other than that felt good here.

B1 – Row 500m @ 2k pace, rest 15 sec
B2 – 12 strict HSPU for time, rest walk 3 min x 4
20/18/20/22
All unbroken and pretty consistently smooth. Super happy here.

C1 – Row 500m @ 2k pace, rest 15 sec
C2 – 15 C2B pullups for time, rest walk 3 min x 4
16/20/18/16
If the goal was to do a shit ton of pulling to effect my c2b, then we succeeded. 2nd round of rowing here was a fight to stay on pace, know this effected my pull ups that round, but I didn’t panic and tried to regain rhythm. Round 3 was a little better, round 4 was my slowest row, still around a 1:48 pace, but that was why I was able to gain back my quick time on c2b.

D2 – Straight leg strict toes to bar x 8 controlled reps, rest 30 sec x 4
right around rep 5-6 is when control becomes a little bit harder
