Figured a couple things out on the muscle snatch that I had never felt before more due to lack of exposure. Pressing snatch balance at 3’s feels better but still want to get over that 125/130 hump.

First Set stepped into the first 4 reps and told myself it’s AFAP not pace so then opened it up for me.
