Had a Pre workout cocktail of electrolytes and I felt pretty good. Other than the rowing today there wasn’t much to test the dizzy spells Ive had but it’s at least a baseline to start from.
A1 – Banded glute bridge x 40 sec, rest 30 sec
A2 – Banded adduction x 10/leg, rest 30 sec
A3 – Spiderman stretch x 30sec /side, rest 30 sec
A4 – Half kneeling hamstring stretch x 30sec/side, rest 30 sec x 4

The banded work was really good because I do not normally use these 2 movements in my dynamic warm up so I felt it prepared my flutes really well.

B – Back Squats – 5 sets of 4 @ 310lbs, rest 3 min

Felt good but it was definitely a grind. 4th set was the hardest as rep 4 was a fight. Felt like it took for ever to stand up when in reality that’s probably not the case. Set 5 of course a mental victory for being the last set and I was more mentally prepared for the fight.
