A – Hang Power snatch x 2/Snatch balance x 2 – 1 set every 2 min x 6-8
145 across. Felt good, smooth and focused on a good lockout and felt I succeeded. Took video of it but have not uploaded it yet.

B – EMOM for 16 min

odd min – 8 ground to overhead @ 115lbs

The 1st 4 rounds I alternated back and forth from snatch & c&j. Felt the c&j took more energy out of me so did the last 4 rounds by means of snatch. Breathing became labored and fatigue started really setting in around round 5.

even min – 6 ring dips + 18 DU’s

All ring dips done strict and dubz unbroken

C1 – Hollow body hold 30 sec, rest 30 sec

C2 – Sorenson hold 30 sec, rest 90 sec x 3
Done, no added load.
