Friday – 6/12/2015 – TTT – video 

Carbohydrate intake was a little lower than normal days, not intentionally. felt this a little but warming up but it subsided in the tng work.

A – Power Snatch x 1/OHS x 2 – 1 set every 2 min x 8
build in weight every 2 sets, moderate across, movement priority

felt a little off with the snatch wirk today. it has been a while with santchimg so timing felt a little off. overhead position felt a litgle fatigued as well.

B – Power snatch x 10 TNG reps @ 95lbs for time, start a set every 3 min x 3 sets
keep feet quiet, work skill of turnover speed

:22 – flet the best all around from energy expenditure and potential sustainablity. on the eccentrics went into more of a technical snatch/squat set up.
:20 – went muscle snatch for the first 6 reps here but was defenitely not sustainable.

Kept my times per round. First 5 rounds felt easy, the last 5 felt more grip intensive and shoulder fatiguing. I’m sure one of these was the intentions if not both.
