A. 5/arm tough TGU

limiter here was shoulder fatigue. Around rep 4 on the left arm I felt like my arm was going to fall asleep. I went much slower on my left arm however. Right arm, was stronger but same fatigue in the shoulder set in but I felt more form wasn’t as crisp.

B. 1RM Close Grip Bench Press
260
Much heavier than I anticipated, so when I hit 260 I got greedy and went for 270, should have made a 5 lb jump and might have had a fighting chance.

C. Strict MU – 1 rep every 90 second x 8
I hope it’s ok, but I went ahead and did 1 rep every minute, I feel very confident in low rep strict mu work.

D. Sorenson hold ALAP

Hamstrings were really sore from the 3K run, so there was a fight through that but the overall breaking point came from my low back
