20sec – i should’ve rested a little longer but I needed to see how well i could balance under a little fatigue.

2:59-2:53-3:00 – it was the jerk all the way as the limiting factor here. Clean felt strong except for the last set as I was getting tired. Also notes said 12 cals sub 60 which I thought was awfully slow so I tried to get the row and the burpee under 60 sec
