Min 4 – 10 dbl DB hang cleans @ 50/hand

I don’t know what I like least, dbl db gto or devils press, the output here is just so much higher

I have loved these last wednesday’s, I get such fewer hours of sleep leading into this day than other days so it is the perfect way that I can get after it and and feel like it’s still extremely high quality work
