Beard over bar instead of chin over that’s why I got so many more rounds per min, jk.
Pushed this one a lot harder today than last week. Goal was to keep above 400 watts each set, the only ones I did not keep that pace was when I got mentally lazy on. Something else I noticed was at times on the strict pull up would be the lack of focus and breaking in the midline to create a straighter path over the bar.
