Goal was to do all barbell work unbroken, almost talked myself out of it at rep 4 of the hps but took a breath at the top of each rep to just give myself that quick break. Looked at the clock after the 2nd burpee and it was 2:02, so quickly made the decision I wanted to do 10 burpee in 40 seconds, (the decision was more like 10 x 4 second/burpee = not real fucking sure because this hurts but keep moving and maybe you will finish in whatever time that equals)
