First round took me 2 minutes and change. The double KB c&j were the worst part. I could feel myself wanting to get overhead position by losing midline and overextending through the hips. I also could feel this trying to effect my handstand walk. My handstand walk endurance just isn’t there right now. Was fun but a tough tough challenge.
