day started off rough, deep sleep but not enough. Car battery died, cut into open gym training time

going to do at home, skipped straight to muscle up work
C – 8 MU’s for time, rest 3-5 min x 4 sets

3 minutes b/t sets due to getting kicked out of gym. I think with a proper warm up and a little more rest time flexibility and not feeling rushed set 3 and 4 could’ve been better mentally prepared for. On a brighter note, the volume around rep 27 was were my palms/hands always tore. I would love redemption here, and I’m sure with another set or more reps.
D1 – Chest down trap 3 raise with DB @ 30X1 x 8/side
D2 – Foam roll thoracic extension with resistance – 35-40 sec of good tension, rest as needed x 5 sets each
Push press
175 – 185 x 5
Very last rep at 185 was a push jerk
Did at home, next jump would have been 205 and that was too much of a jump
