Knew i was going to be a little pressed for time, so settled with this. Pretty confident could’ve hit 260 and would’ve not been max effort
B1 – Dbl kb front squat x 14 @ 53/hand, rest 30 sec (fast)
B2 – Wallballs x 30 unbroken, rest 3 min x 5
For some reason i like this stupid couplet. Felt better than last week, didn’t really feel any fatigue in the shoulders or legs until the 4th set. 5th set was a fight, a 6th set would have been doable but way more mental. The double KB front squat scares me, for lack of a better term than the wall balls, trying to go through them fast creates some uncomfort
C1 – Banded good mornings x 35

C2 – Banded glute march x 80 steps, rest as needed x 3 sets
Finally found a good set up and the right band for this and now I do not really like them, lol. Good stuff
D – Dbl DB overhead carry 100ft, rest 60 sec x 6 (try to get both shoulders externally rotated)
Mobility work 20-30 min

Played with standing still a couple of times enforcing good position and trying to get the muscle memory where it was easier to keep both shoulders externally rotated and keeping the ribs down.
