Mentally excited to train today, but was just a grinder kind of day. Physically I moved well, just not much pop or speed with a lot of my movements today.

A – Front Squats – 5 sets of 3, rest 3 min

C1 – Row 300m @ 93-95% effort, rest 15 sec
C2 – 8 MU’s for time, rest walk 3 min x 3
58.6 (1:37.6) – 1:05 7/1 – wanted to go for it, went to quick for rep 8 and wasn’t completely ready, reset and committed
1:01.2 (1:42) – 1:13 3/3/2 – tried a different strategy
1:00.8 (1:41.3) – 1:40 2/2/2/2 – was kind of done at this point.

It was about rep 16/17 I could feel my legs get really tired. I did some good warming up trying to find a goal based on pace and sustainability.
