This downright sucked. Breathing was super hard as the movements have high turnover but I am adapting to the heat as well. I only rested 3 minutes between 1 and 2 by mistake. And rested 5 minutes between 2 and 3, I was getting dizzy and having a hard time with the heat and some elevated humidify out here today.

Felt good on the pull with fast turnover.

I averaged finishing each round around 28-32 seconds.
